How long we keep it
We keep inquiry contact details and message content for no longer than 365 days after submission. We delete or anonymize them earlier when the purpose is complete or after a verified deletion request, unless applicable law requires further retention. Email notification copies are included in the same cleanup scope.

You may request access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or withdraw your consent, using the email address below. Please include enough contact information to identify the inquiry. We will verify your identity and respond promptly. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
