Definition of a sacrificial anode

The cathodic protection of sacrificial anode is also called sacrificial anode protection. Is a method of preventing metal corrosion. The specific method is: the metal with strong reducibility is used as the protective pole, and the metal with strong reducibility is connected to form the galvanic cell. The metal with strong reducibility will be used as the negative electrode for oxidation reaction and consumption, and the metal with strong reducibility can be used as the positive pole to avoid corrosion.
