4, magnesium alloy with SF6 mixed gas flame retardant, SF6 gas because of manufacturing mixed with toxic impurities, such as HF, so the need for strict management; SF6 is a greenhouse gas, its use in China will be limited;
5, magnesium alloy is easy to burn, melting, heat preservation, transportation to prevent combustion, technical threshold;
6, magnesium alloy is easy to burn, melting furnace, holding furnace alloy residue cleaning workload is large;

11. Low thermal strength of magnesium alloy castings is easy to produce hot cracks, resulting in air leakage and fracture of the castings;
12, magnesium alloy specific heat capacity is low, heat loss is fast, need mold generally need to design heating device;
The magnesium alloy will burn when it meets oil and explode when it meets water; Large magnesium alloys burn out of control, and the fire is difficult to control.
