The company has developed from sacrificial anode to impressed current cathodic protection system, electrolytic anti-fouling system and electrochemical detection system, and has formed many series. Our magnesium alloy production line adopts the most advanced large semi-continuous casting machine in China to cast magnesium alloy bars such as AZ31B, 31D, M50, AZ63, AZ80A and AZ91D. The specification can achieve the diameter of 60mm - 400mm, length of 6 meters. Through continuous casting, mixed gas protection and other advanced production technology, so that the product strength is high, the internal structure is dense, section without shrinkage holes, no solvent corrosion, no oxide inclusions, smooth surface, chemical composition without segregation, the size can be produced according to the needs of users. Products have been exported to Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia and other countries. At present, the products mainly include the following parts:

Our company has developed and produced sacrificial anodes for many years, so far we can produce various types and specifications of aluminum and zinc sacrificial anodes according to the needs of users, among which the efficient bracelet sacrificial anodes developed and produced by ourselves have reached the international advanced level. Now the workshop has two 110KVA, 350Kg frequency furnace and one 60KVA resistance medium temperature crucible furnace, the annual production capacity of 2000T aluminum sacrifice anode, zinc sacrifice anode 4000T. In addition, our company can also provide a variety of models of magnesium sacrifice anode sets. Our sacrific anode products are not only widely used in domestic ports, docks, ships, coastal power plants, soil pipelines, offshore oil facilities, but also exported to Singapore, Japan, the United States and other places.

Our company is engaged in the impressed current cathodic protection technology research and development has a history of more than ten years, still can provide users with impressed current cathodic protection system of complete sets of products, including various types of auxiliary anode, soil environment and water environment of the application of potentiostat, commonly used various reference electrode, and form a complete set of cable, connector, test box and junction box, etc. Our impressed current cathodic protection system has been widely used in various industrial fields, such as buried pipe network, storage tank and steel structure in sea and fresh water environment.
